- We certainly do. Please contact us with a link of the item you are interested in and quantity, and we we will respond with more info.
- Q. What is your return and refund policy?
- A. 30 days, only unused and non personalized goods can be returned. Please see Returns / Refund Policy
- Q. I ordered the wrong item what should I do?
- A. You can return it for an exchange but you will have to pay for return shipping and we will have to charge you a $5 replacement and shipping fee. Personalized goods cannot be returned.
- Q. My order got declined what should I do?
- A. We have advanced secure payment processing filters to ensure that the person placing the order is the cardholder. If you are still having trouble placing an order, please contact your card issuer or bank. Alternatively you can try a different method of payment like paypal.
- Q. I never received my order, what should I do?
- A. We only ship to the address you provide for us in the order. The tracking details will indicate what has occurred. If the address is incorrect and it returns to us, we can send to another or same address but we will charge $5 address change and shipping fee. If you no longer want the case shipped and wish to cancel, we can do that as well but will deduct a $3 restocking fee so long as item is not personalized
- Do I have to pay any customs duty fees?
- Customers within the USA do not have to pay any additional fees. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are beyond our control and responsibility. Please refer to your country's customs rules.
- My AirPods are not fitting into the case properly, what should I do?
- All of our Cases are tested to fit only Genuine Apple AirPods. We cannot offer a solution if the AirPods you have are not bought from Apple. Some of our cases have gripping strips in the cap which need the plastic strips to be peeled off then refit the case.
- My Order came without AirPods, why?
- We do not include any Apple AirPods with any of our orders. You are simply buying a custom case which the Apple AirPods fit right into. Our listing photos only intend to show customers that the Apple AirPods go into the case we are selling.
- All orders are shipped via USPS free of charge (within the USA) from Queens, NYC USA with a valid tracking number
- We also ship worldwide for a small fee
- Non Personalized orders are shipped on the same or next business day
- Personalized orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days
- Shipping times vary depending on how far the destination is from New York. This can be between 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping
- Shipping times for priority shipping upgrade is usually between 1 to 3 days. CairPods is not responsible for any delays by USPS or other couriers.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you wish to expedite your order. *Please note that this upgrade is strictly to speed up the shipping only, not our standard handling times. Shipping upgrades are non refundable* If you urgently need your order, please pay for upgraded shipping at checkout and contact us to see if we can expedite handling for you *be sure to mention your order number
- International customers: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duty/fees/tax
- Important: Be sure the address you provided during checkout is accurate. If you require an address change please contact us with your order number and new address ASAP before the order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or inaccurate address

Returns and Refunds

- Non Personalized orders can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault, then we can offer free returns and a return shipping label will be sent
- Personalized orders cannot be returned unless we are at fault
- Please contact us before shipping anything back. Do not ship anything back until we are notified and return shipping instructions are sent to you
- After an order is returned, we can either exchange it or refund your account. *Please note that refunds can only reimbursed to the original form of payment (card/paypal) which was used during that order's checkout process. We cannot send the refund to a different card or account.
Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
